Should you need to cancel for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. When I set an appointment I have reserved that time for you. My time is valuable to me as I'm sure yours is to you. Proper grooming and cleanliness is an obvious given. You must have good and proper hygiene with fresh breath.  Wash cloths, soap, and a shower is available. We could allways take a shower together!

      Upon entering my accommodations do understand I will not discuss, the donation, or sexual encounters of any kind. I prefer you to place the Donation in plain view as soon as you enter. I prefer to get business out of the way immediately. The donation is expected at the time we meet and before the session begins. I am not truly comfortable until these matters have been resolved. I CANNOT and WILL NOT discuss any type of solicitation. No fees or tips will be quoted, negotiated, assessed, or exchanged for sexual conduct. But tips allways a plus if you want to give a little more!
           Finally, let's enjoy each other. You will find that if you are good to me, I will be very good to you!
